Francis is a seasoned and high-performing professional with over 15 years of combined experience managing programs and projects in reputable consulting firms and international development agencies like the KfW Development Bank on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA) Ghana Compact, the USAID, UNICEF, DANIDA, ACBF, AfD, SECO, the World Bank and UNDP.

Francis has rich experience in institutional reform services, project/programme management, institutional gap analysis, research, due diligence, multi-sector training and capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, high-level stakeholder engagements and business advisory services generally. He has undertaken assignments for a diverse array of organizations in the public, private and multinational NGO sectors. He holds a post-graduate certificate in Project Management from Knowledge Tree International Institute Ghana, a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics from the University of Cape Coast Ghana, with added professional certificates in Monitoring and Evaluation, Consulting Practice, Governance & Business Management from a distinguished university such as the University of International Business & Economics, China and other professional institutions namely the Ghana Institute of Consulting (GIC) and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Francis is your quintessential versatile professional; a powerful communicator, an astute problem-solver and an entrepreneurial go-getter, with strong analytical and creative thinking skills. He speaks fluent English and has a working knowledge of some Ghanaian Languages.
